K is into dinosaurs, and sometimes finds it hard to fall asleep, hence the time to spend making up such quality jokes. : )
We had book club today, K's choice- Happy Birthday Kirsten, from the American Girl book series. We ate birthday cake, and sewed felt quilts for the girls dolls. K is a good seamstress, her quilt is very cute. The girls sat on my own friendship quilt as I read to them the chapter about Kirsten getting one. It was fun to show them my special quilt!
We had an Epiphany coffee gathering this morning at our neighbours, and the kiddos played, and got a chance to see another neighbour's Christmas decorations before she started taking them down. She really goes all out, and has some beautiful vintage decorations.
K is reading the 5th Magic treehouse book. I have to go see if she is reading or sleeping........
I finally have blogger feeding to the website, and figured out how to make it look exactly how I want it to!
Now to celebrate, by joining the real world and fixing some food for my friends who are about to arrive. Scones, Emily?
