I picked up some Math fun at the thrift store the other day, and we began exploring fractions with a little detail today. Pizza was an obvious lunch!

On Thursday we went to see Undefeatble Beats play at the Indianapolis Art Center. The kids enjoyed the music, but I loved all the soulful dancing onstage from all the kids who were dancing. They really had moves. It was awesome to see!
Our friend Jamie played out with them for the first time, and it was fun to go see her!

From K and L!!

This is one of the largest pieces of hail that fell in our yard during the hailstorm we had on Good Friday.

Ironically, the hailstorm completely finished off K's weather station. It was an inexpensive plastic weather station; we were collecting some data about spring weather. The hail reduced it to plastic pieces and the wind blew them all over the place.
Luckily we didn't get much damage from the storm, others we know are looking ar roof damage, and windshields knocked out on their cars, etc etc.....
